Jean-Paul Marat was born in Boudry, on 24th May of 1743 and he died in Paris, on 13th July of 1793. He was a french scientist and doctor who performed part of his career in the United Kingdom but he is more know as an activist, journalist and politician during the French Revolution.
He was identified with the wing of the Revolution, the Jacobins .
